Your right she wasnt in the debt collector business, she was an investigator hired to reposses my vehicle with an agent and they had the proper paper work. title loans are now able to issue a stop cease order.
She called me and said she was an officer with broward county and that I had to turn in my car in to show I'm not hiding it, and could retrieve it the next day. I asked can I just make a payment to catch myself up and be even she said that won't work and if I don't turn my car in ill have a warrant out for me. Called my friend who is a cop and said she full of [***]. Not paying your car is not a criminal offense it's a civil.
