Calls my cell phone at least 2-3 times a day. I never pick up but it's super annoying. Obviously a scam number. I don't pick up any call that is unfamiliar to me. Especially ones that just give a city and state. Then there's those ones that have a caller ID as "United States". Never pick them up and they NEVER leave a message.
I honesty believe that if congress wants to do something intelligent, rather then build a wall, or deport innocent individuals, they need to be looking in to coming up with a solution for unwanted and harassing calls such as this. Every number that is listed, home based or cell, should be traceable. Furthermore, any number that calls at anytime of day should be liabled to be sue, fined, or even serve time. But then that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.
