That is collection agency that Comcast uses. I keep getting calls from them even though I have Brighthouse. I keep telling them but they keep calling. They won't stop. They don't say who they are when they leave a message and they say your name like they are a friend and want you to call them back.
These people call constantly, can not -COULD not - get in touch with them until today - got a run around, when ANN finally took my call - as the last person to call my number, when I said these calls were harrassing she said to me " WEll, Isn"T THAT JUST TOO BAD!" I told her to take my numer from their call list,. she said yes, and slammed the phone down.
I keep getting calls from this number and they leave a message for me to contact them at another number. I don't know who they are so I won't respond. They call at all hours starting at 8AM to 9PM.
Got a call Thanksgiving night at 8:45PM, did not sit well with me, since they are calling in regards to a hospital emergency room bill that was paid for by my insurance. I live in a different state which complcated things with insurance but hospital has been notified. Apparently hospital has not got caught up in paper work. Both are at fault as far as I'm concerned. I will handle it with ceritified letters to both hospital and R&B Corp. Each state has laws about treatment from debt collectors. Check with your states Attorney General's Office of Business Affairs
