800notes.com did not call you, cannot block calls for you, cannot put you on or take you off a "list" and cannot report calls for you.

Called twice within an hour. I answers the second time. The foreigner on the line said he was from Better Health Solutions. I asked who he was calling for. He said (in his exact bad wording) "we have list someone in you house have pain..." I cut and said "You can stop right there. I do not do business with unsolicited callers. Take me off your list. Do not call again. If this number calls again there will be a lawsuit " Then I hung up.
After getting new prescriptions at Walgreens, started getting calls daily from this number and others. Pretty sure that Walgreens is selling customer information including which prescriptions patients are using. Beware!
