They have called me 4 times already about a 9k debt that i supposedly owe Spiegel account i never had a account . So , i called my attorney and he has informed me that it is a SCAM!!!!. I paid my attorney, so that he can contact the attorney general in Los Angeles and file a harassment complaint. Don't be fooled do not return their call .
SCAM- There is absolutely no logical reason that a recording would ask you call back about a complaint, and to that extent when does just a complaint outlined in these 'mysterious unnamed documents' warrant me to call back at all. What a pack of Morons; heck, even the Nigerians are better than this scam.
Recorded message saying that Amanda has some documents with a complaint attached. And to call back to find out what it is at 888-503-3207. Another scam debt collector I am sure and they have the wrong number.
