They have called me 4 times already about a 9k debt that i supposedly owe Spiegel account i never had a account . So , i called my attorney and he has informed me that it is a SCAM!!!!. I paid my attorney, so that he can contact the attorney general in Los Angeles and file a harassment complaint. Don't be fooled do not return their call .
I have received this phone call also stating that there was a complaint filed under my name and that I needed to call them back. If there was a true complaint don't you think that I would have been notified by mail? Not sure what this is about but I will NOT be calling anyone back!
