I got the same text that she saw me on Care.com. My red flag was that she gave 2 different times I could be a full time sitter and she spelled the name of her own company she works for wrong!!! Look out!

I would like to share with you more information about my family before I proceed with details of the job offer. my name is Ellen Zykov I'm a secretary at Shevron Oil and Gas, I just got a transfer to the new state that is why my family is moving down there. The time frame is between May 12th till Sept 2017 I am not sure how flexible you are, but I would be glad if you can do a full time babysitting for my daughter but if you can't it's Ok! you can watch her as part time as well.
I am married and my husband name is Matthew, his a software writer and programmer , we both work full time that is why we are looking for a babysitter for our daughter (Emily). I would like to share with you more details about Emily, she is 2 1/2 years old, she's such a great kid, a sweet loving girl who loves to swim, easy to get along with, love to be at the parks and also love to explore her surroundings.free eater, well cultured, very well behaved , well mannered , she's potty trained and she is not allergy to food or anything.
Just like I said, the time frame is between May 12th till Sept 2017, you can either watch her from 8:45 am -3 : 30 pm or 4pm - 11pm Mon- Fri. Both my family and we will be staying in a hotel around you which my husband will make the reservation soon before we find a house where to live .I will let you have the information of the hotel as soon as he make a reservation. You can babysit her in the hotel pending the time we find a house to live or I drop her off at your place if you want me (Depend on your choice). I will be very happy if you can let me know how much you charge per hour and I also want you to get back to me with your total estimate for a month.
Also, I would like to let you know that there are some toys and baby items which we have already ordered for and will have to be ship to you before our arrival on May 11th. I would be glad if you can handle this for us before our arrival and also the funds for the toys and items will be send to you too by my husband company's accountant so that you can forward the funds to the store manager so that he can be sure of the person who his shipping out the toys to . Therefore , I want you to respond back to my email so that I can notify my husband that I have found someone who is reliable and ready to babysit our daughter so that he can get in touch with his accountant and let him send you the check for the toys. The Accountant might get in touch with you for confirmation and to be sure of how sincere and honest you are, just be ready for that.

Person is a scammer who wants me to cash a check and send money to a Store Manager who will mail me supplies for a family coming to visit my city for 3 months and they want their new Nanny to set up their hotel before they arrive by paying for these items. Then when international check doesn't clear, I'm charged for the $1,000 + of items I'm buying from a "Store Manager".
I just got a email from this person saying they are sending 2,550$ to watch there baby girl. they also sent me a picture of a little girl and her parents. they want me to deposit the money in my bank and take 500 for myself and send the rest to the store manger. I pulled up the information on the area code and it told me that it was a scam and to report it to you guys and thats what im doing
I received a text from a person who said her name was Alesandra Conova and that she found my name on "Nannypro.com" and wanted me to be the nanny for a 2 year old girl. She sent me a picture of a child and her parents. I started asking questions and she avoided them at every turn. When I said I would not take the position as nanny and that I was returning the original $2500 check to the address on the original shipping label from Fed Ex, she sent me a second e-mail saying that she wanted me to be her "administrative assistant @ $500/week + whatever expenses I accrue by receiving and shipping packages and documents via courier. Still I asked more questions which she has yet to answer directly. Now she is only sending emails.
I still have the text messages AND the e-mails. Please pass this information along to the proper authorities.
I rec'd a txt message stating his name is Craig and needs a sitter for his 18 month old son. Anyone who can not speak/spell proper English is a big RED FLAG to me!!! Idiot
