Who called from 7604604872

I answered on the first ring... dead silence on the other end.  Hit re-dial and the automated voice said "Please wait while we transfer your call."  Then a busy signal.

Frustrating.

Calling me three times a day, I have blocked their number and told them not to call.  I do not want a warranty for my car.

They call about once a week and hang up as soon as my husband or I answer. My husband and I have both called back and been put on hold and wait and wait and nothing happens. We have also called and as others have stated, an automated voice will answer and say, " Please hold while your call is transferred," and then it goes to a busy signal.

Now why on God's green earth would you call them back?

I don't want to receive phone calls from these people.
