It's actually NobelCom.com

Yes they called me and claimed they were from what sounded like mobilcom and they were selling online phone cards.

My boyfriend keeps getting calls from this #.  It is nobelcom, they sell international prepaid phone cards.  The problem is they call 4-5 times a day all between 3:00 am and 6:00am it is against the law to call before 8:00am!  It had become very upsetting.  What can be done about gettong them to stop.

I've got a call from this number but I missed it and called back and the call was just dropped.
Suspicious....

Got a call from this number earlier today - very difficult to understand; could not even correctly pronounce my last name (York).

Just finally hung up on the jerk
