That was great thinking on your part.
These people are scam artists who are located in the Coachella Valley of Southern California. They are looking to get hard working people's money so they can take what we have worked hard to achieve. They stop at nothing these people. They have sent certified letter's to my home, etc.
Got a missed call from this number at around 3:30 pm pst and the person who left me a voicemail claimed it was the treasury department stating something about tax fraud, and that I needed to return the call before my case was taken to a grand jury or arrested. I called back and a man with a very heavy accent named Steven Mcdonald asked me for my name and phone number. I asked him to give me his ID number and he quickly responded with a sorry miss we don't do that, and hung up. I'm so fed up with these calls, is there any way we can stop them?
Samething as Sandra - Indian accent from caller: This guy who's probably named Ahkmed Ahkbar, says "I am Officer Mike Johnson from the United States Treasury and there could be trouble with you bla bla bla...." Caller ID says Diane Cross - can you believe these thugs? Evil never gives up.
These guys called me today with the same business about the Treasury Deprtment. I kept them on the phone for over a half hour, wasting their time, then gave them my "personal information", the name of the local district attorney, his office address and phone number (which I looked up on-line during the wait". "Officer Mike Johnson" seemed pleased.
When I answered the phone, it was a computerized voice that was halfway through its message, so all I heard was that someone from my household might be arrested or taken to court and to call a number to get it resolved. Needless to say, I didn't call the number.
