Received a call from this number today at 9:21am. Did not answer and they left no message. Called back and received a vague answering machine message (no company name) telling me to hold for the next available agent. I added this number to my block list prior to the Nov 4, 2014 election because it was a 'pest' election poll service. Comments above show it's a scam for solar power. Re-added to my block list.
Another live call from "Horizon Power" to a NDNCR registered number, pitching "saving money on your electric bill". Probably another solar scam, but I didn't get that far into the call to find out. Last call was from these d-bags was from 760-673-7240. Asked them to not call previously, I'm shocked, SHOCKED I say that they've called again! </sarcasm>
