Called twice today. Caller ID says `Hoelscher Lynn`. Got you now!

Name is spoofed.  Callers are most likely hard core Indian and Pakistani IRS/TECH/DEBT scammers.   Ignore and block the calls.

Caller didn't leave message

Person with a Pakistani accent claiming to be from Microsoft, claiming I had something on my computer that would infect my computer. I hung up and they called back twice before I could block the number.

I coud not understand the woman but know that I was never given the option of being taken off of her list of phone #s to call by 11:59 pm.
