Wow this guy is a piece of work. He has good information but when I asked who he was collecting for he was  very reluctant to say. Real agencies tell you exactly who they are and what they want. I finally told I didn't give a sh*t about my credit and he got really upset and gave me a hospital I owed money too. I told him I had to talk to my husband mad I would call him back. He didn't like it but what can he do. I hung up and called the hospital they said no way it was for them!! I really hope no one gets caught in his web because he is good...he knows his stuff. Where's he's getting it is troubling!!!

Got same sort of message, claiming to arrange payments for debt.  Using 760-722-8312 number now.

got a call telling me to call back to (760) 722-2156 - HOWEVER the caller called from a blocked number.  Something illegal to do according to the fair collections act.
