Calling from a company named "DCS" I called back and they won't tell me waht it is they just keep asking for my social security number without telling me what the company is even about. If she would have specified I would have been glad to resolve it, however very suspicious and I wouldn't trust it when they want your social security number without any explanation of who they are!!
We are in the process of doing a loan mod on our house. This collection company has called us many many times before always demanding a payment plan for our second mortgage. We always give them the same info; that we're doing a loan mod and when the deal is done with the first, we will do a deal with the second. They def don't like that and they threaten to force the foreclosure on the property. I tell them the same thing every time.
A woman called from this number pretending to be a county office. she curtly advised me she was recording me I told her we were on a do not call list she persisted in asking for someone that doesn't exist getting more and more belligerent. I hung up and they kept calling but I ignored it. 100% harassing calls that they record..........
