Hey he got a name change ... Jim Simmons is on the caller ID but who called me ... Bob Johnson and looking for non-other ... my ex-wife who hasn't been with me in over 20 years! First off the dept. of treasury won't call you period. One would think our legal government could do something but I'm sure they'll consider it "profiling" and gee we can't do that now can we ...
The man with a heavy accent claims he's from legal affairs his name is John Davies . Wants me to call him back total scam couldn't even understand what he said

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Guy called saying there was an enforcement act against me, big scam. Thick Indian accent and can barely understand him. A lot of background noise and when I called back, after checking these posts, just to see what he would say. They said it was the Department of Legal Fares and how he could he help me, when I said I was checking about the call earlier there was a pause and "office is Closed" and hung up. So glad other people commented on this, thank you all.
This is a IRS phishing scam! Thick Indian male accent calling from a "Jim Simmons" ID phone number stating his name was Alan Clark from US Treasury. When I dialed the number back, someone picked up the phone and then quickly hung up.
