I got three message in one day from this number that just said "Good Bye". When I attempted to call the number back, I receive an operator message that the number is not in service.
A woman, barely speaking English....stated she was with a federal lending company with school loans. She said, "you do have school loans, don't you?" I stated, "I'm not answering questions like this, I don't know who you are!" She said, "oh. Well, FINE THEN!" And hung up. I called back, number is not in service.
The woman stated she was from a federal lending forgiveness program for student loans. I knew something was not right when after telling me I was pre-qualified, she then asked me my name. I told her I would prefer calling her back to get more information. She did not want to give me a company name or number. After hanging up I then called the number on my caller ID back and got an out of service recording.
I can't believe this idiots. I'm getting 2, 3 calls per day from some company that has to do with student loans. What a scam. You would think that they might send out a bunch of people who are smarter than that to do their scams.
It is from some company saying they can forgive your student loans.. They are a pain in the [***]! Thank goodness I have the iPhone 6 because I put that number on my block list that is going longer and longer each week.
