No message to my cell phone. I have been receiving calls from prefix 888 numbers from Escondido often, so I believe this is just another number from a batch of telemarketing/spoofed numbers. Blocked.
Unknown number, no personal name, no business name, no message when I didn't answer. Scammer/spammer written all over this. Called yesterday using 760 888 0270
