Who called from 7608962009

Another solar scam.  They start out by trying to confirm your name, and then asking if you received a recent letter from the city of Encinitas.  After I hung up on them, I called back and got a voice mail asking you to confirm that you were interested in Solar.  Just block this number.

Another day, another call from solar telemarketing scum.  Don't answer the phone if you get a call from this number.

The call stopped after the third ring.  Did not leave a message.

Called again 28 minutes later.  This time the phone only rang once.

After the 4th call today I blocked the number.  They tried to call a 5th time but were rejected.
