Terry from IB Benefits looking to speak with my CEO about our benefits, I let her know that he wouldn't be the one to speak with and she got all defensive "well he's the name I was given" ... yeahhhh given by whom? They always say that, and they typically just pull the name from our website and make assumptions. When I tried to ask questions she started getting short with me... it's my job to ask questions and direct calls to the appropriate people, not just whomever they ask for... and she was again, calling for the wrong person. I was even trying to be helpful and direct her to the right person but I don't think that'll happen again, she was rude.
Terry from IB Benefits won't stop calling even though she has repeatedly been told not to call and the COO has no interest in her services. She keeps saying she will just call back. Today we will file online complaints with the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission and The Federal Communications Commission. The phone company says to file a police report also.
Here she is calling again, she's asking for my boss by a nickname... my boss does NOT go by nicknames... the only people allowed to call her that are friends and family and this woman is neither.
Caller asked for the old owner by first name. When I told her he's no longer the owner, she asked to speak to the person in charge of employee benefits.
