Two calls received, no message left. One of the calls was made on Sunday afternoon, August 3rd. Obvious scam to elicit my answering phone. 763 exchange is North and Northwest Minneapolis area. I suspect it was Advanced Financial Solutions, 7600 Wayzata Blvd. Golden Valley MN, 55426 trying to collect debt I do not owe. They appear to have purchased 100 million of old bank receivables of poor accuracy. I have told them debt is not mine and they continue calling.
Call came in and a man said, "Is Jill there?" I said, "this is" and the man hung up. I tried calling the number back to see what was up with the phone call. Busy signal every time.
They took me to court over this same purchase of 100M in US Bank accounts. They were unable to validate the debt in accordance with the FDCPA. I beat them in Washington County small claims court today! Don't be afraid of them. Do some research on debt collection and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Send them a letter asking to have the debt validated. If they send u an "Affidavit of Correctness" it is bogus and the judge will tell you it is hearsay & dismiss any court action.
