I just got called and they said I won an i pad they knew my name and address and asked how I old I was so I hung up. I did a sweepstakes like 3 months ago but its phone number was different than the number that was supposed to call me if I won. And it is in a different state too. these people need to stop calling everyone!
6-4-2013: I have received a few calls from this number, and I do not answer. Today, I called the number back,
and this real bubbly upbeat woman also answered the call addressing me by my first name. She actually stated that she was from Publishers Clearing House, and that I had won something in the sweepstakes. She then proceeded to tell me my address, and email. It is concerning. Perhaps these people are hacking into legitimate locked sites. Next stop, FBI.
Called, went to answer mch, left long message here also, I could hear people talking & laughing in the background. SCAM plain and simple. I never answer these calls
Called my work line. I answered with the name of my company and the lady said, "So sorry. I have the wrong number." Before she hung up I could hear someone in the background offering someone else some supposed sweepstakes prize. Caller ID only said Cambridge, MN
