Who called from 7632443203

Repeated calls from (763) 244-3203... calling us for months at all hours. We never answer and they never leave a message. Calls are coming from Minnesota. Searches say Cambridge, Minnesota area. I have noted their name as "SPAM INSURANCE" on our phones,  but I don't remember why I added "INSURANCE" to the number.

I called this number on 29 September 2016 from a work landline and the call was answered with "National Rifle Association".

Displays on caller ID as IMC. No msg.

This number has called me five times this week, with no message left, and hangs up after 2-3 rings.
