Who called from 7634028738

When I answered the phone I heard noises like a machine, no voice.  I wonder if it is a VOIP call. Maybe someone trying to find legitimate phone numbers to sell to others?  Usually after I get one of these I get several calls from recordings etc. Really tired of the politicians and phone companies not solving the problem.  We can put a man on the moon but not stop these calls.

Four calls in one hour.  No one on the line when I answered.  No message left when I didn't answer.

Caller ID "Alarm CO",  no message left, just another annoying call to a number on the do not call list.

Called, left no message. Alarm Co CID uses an awful lot of numbers...the never ending game of Whack-a-Mole continues.

I received the following message:  "Hello this is Paul.....Is there anyone there?"  I never said anything and he just hung up.  The call could not possibly be genuine are no one from Minnesota has my name and number.
