I am being continually harassed by this company over a bank account that was use fraudulently. When I tried to explain the situation the person got ruder and ruder and would not even allow me to give them the information about the fraud claim that was made both to the San Fransisco Police and US Bank.
I received a call from 763-432-2400 today looking for contact information for my ex-wife. When I did not have the information, he demanded phone numbers for my daughters and even knew their names. I did not give him any information. I do not know what his deal was, but the phone call felt very "predatory."
Caller asked for Victor. I have professional friend by that name who relocated. When asked for his name, he answered, "Joe". Became beligerent when I asked how he was asssociated with Victor. Very odd call.
Received a call from 763-432-2400. The caller, who called himself Brad Peterson, said he needed to speak with my sister regarding a personal issue. When I asked him for more details re: the situation he flipped out and threatened to document my "refusal to cooperate" if I didn't pass along the message to my sister. Claimed he was calling from Bridgestone and Associates. Seemed like they were a debt recovery agency/mafia or something...
Caller name Brad Peterson called and asked for my son Frank and I gave him franks telephone number, like I do with all his friends. He than called my son, stated he was with brigdestone and requested his mothers telephone number. My son would not give him the information and came to me very concerned. I called 763432-2400 asked for Brad and brad refused to tell me what his company did, than hung up on me. I called back and when brad answered, I informed him that my son was a minor and it was illegal for a collection agency to contact minors and stated that he should know that.He hung up again upon the 6 called Brad promised he would not call my son again. I told him I was going to report him to the state of Minnesota tomorrow. If you notice this telephone number is listed to a Minnesota company called Advanced Financial Solutions which is located at 7600 Wayzata Blvd., Golden Valley, MN 55426. Beware
I rec'd a call from Brad Peterson. He's a bill collector, the guy needs to learn serious skills on how to deal with people. Brad you get more bees with honey than vinegar. This guy is a real jerk and is unethical who ever hires him beware! not a good choice. If you receive a call from him go directly to the person or business you owe money too believe me its a cake walk compared to dealing with him.
