Ok, this guy, David Williams, is a COMPLETE jerk! I've given him my details, OVER AND OVER and he keeps writing the number down wrong, and then tells me it's my fault. He never gets his story straight, and then blames ME for his mistake.
I've dealt with the same guy. He isn't the brightest. It took him a month of calling me and me giving him my info for him to realize they wanted a different guy with the same name
This bottom feeder collection agency has a very long history of breaking the law and harassing consumers using shady business practices. Do not talk to these bottom feeders directly. Do NOT call them back. REPORT them to your State Atty General. We can shut them and their illegal practices down if we all complain about what they are doing!
