I also got a v-msg from today saying they are Allina business Office and asking me to call them back @ this number. I use Allina and I have a valid medical insurance and I paid copay and bill on time. Not sure if I should call them back. Thanks for the information above, which just saves me a call :)
I also received a call from an unknown number with an automated message which also said call 763-585-8580. I usually disregard any unknown numbers. Once I got the call on the fifth time I was pissed and called back. It was for unpaid work comp. bills. This organization lacks any sense of professionalism for the very fact they call from an unknown number. I feel confident in saying its a tactic they use to give as little information as possible while making it seem urgent they need to talk to you. To add insult to injury (no pun intended, but we take what we can get) they want you to give them all your vital information, that would be enough to steal your identity. What a [***] joke. Obamacare in full force.
Same call as above, they say call the business office. Comes up unknown. They get very rude if you don't give them information they want. Told them I would talk with my clinic in person regarding this bill. They hung up on me. Not professional.
left message and told us they were "Allina Health Business office" to return their call at this number. doesn't seem legit. if i call Allina to verify i will be looking up their number independently.
Message left.from this number was a recording stating 2 different numbers and that it is from Allina clinic. False information both numbers are for a J.C Christensen company at least that's what the machine said on the other end when I called the numbers back. Great con they have going on
