They called me 12 times this afternoon between 4:30 and 5:15 and had also called me an additional 7 times earlier today. I told him to bring it on and that better yet I was going to the sheriff's office tonight to pick up my subpeona. I told him to have it ready for me at 7 PM and that I had already notified the Sheriff's I would be there. They still keep calling. I advised them that once I gave them my attorney information, by law they are required to stop calling. They have not yet done so.
These people are calling saying that American cash is trying to sue me...be very careful became they may even have your bank info. They went as far to call my job..
i got a call today from this number. the initial caller was a man, and when i asked what all this was about i was transfered to a woman who could barely speak english. they clamed to be an attorney firm and i was being sued for an unpaid loan of $2500. i am supposed to be served today with the paperwork and i am waiting, with my account statements in hand. it might just be a very good thing that these people threatening me with a jail sentence dont live anywhere near me. i have further inqured into this and found out that the company claiming to have loaned me money are a scam company. i never sent them the green pack money card when i talked to them, for i could smell that scam right off. yet these guys still have all of my information.
