Nice lady from Synergy Communications ________________ wanted to talk to whoever handles our Benefits. Not sure what the call is regarding but I put her through to his VM just in case. I'll ask him what that was all about. I'm pretty sure they're set in the benefits department but that isn't really my call until I'm told otherwise. I know this was a cold call but apparently I'm in a good mood today, because otherwise I usually just put them straight to voicemail and never try to actually help them
