Calling and threatening to call my references and lawsuit if dont pay them $580 today. When I said I wanted to call the company he said I owe (which I dont) he said will call my referenceds. He also said could set up a payment plan. Do not fall for it. I do not owe anyone money.

I have someone who said his name is "Jeff Morrison", spoken in a thick Indian accent, calling for one of our employee's. They call this number over and over asking for the same person even though they are told she no longer works here. He wants to speak to my supervisor. I mentioned to him that if a collector is asked to NOT make collection calls to a place of business, at least in the US, that they are not supposed to call the business. He called me a sorry piece of s- -t operator and said I had no idea who I was speaking to. I asked him who I was speaking to and he said he would tell that to my supervisor. What a prick! How does someone stop this type of call?
i would like to report this cause i sent 150.00 dollars to a man name jothan mercado in tampa because they said they would seek legal action against me if i didnt pay so i got scared please help me stop this scam thank u so much
