This same "Jeff Morrison" called my work number and left a message. I called him back today on my personal phone and time and he began to "advise" me of an outstanding date and that I was being charged with three code violations and quoted some numbers and gave me an amount of $760.20?? He told me that if I didn't state my intentions to him by 2PM that a lawsuit would be filed against me. I said well I am not giving you any information until you can send me proof of where I allegedly received money, date and the company that I supposedly owed. He would NEVER give me an answer on that and when I demanded to speak with his supervisor, once again, he wouldn't give me any supervisor. I asked him for the address and name of his "company" he said "Bureau of Paralegals". I asked him for an address, which he avoided the question and still wouldn't give me that either. He kept saying to me "well I'm going to note this on your account that you are refusing to pay this". I said no I am asking to speak with supervision or for you to send me further information. He NEVER once did so and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor and he told me that a supervisor had no interest in speaking to me. He was a real jerk and I believe this is truly a scam because I don't have any debt such as this and if he was truly legitimate, he would've been more than happy to provide me with this information. What should I do? Any suggestions?

this has been an ongoing ordeal with us................went into panic attack today. I asked who did we owe.......he says MOTHER BOARD..I asked for documentation, He told me he didn't have to send me SH**, Called husband at work,,,,,,,,,,,, threatened call his supervisor. I told him not to call back. He said he will do as he F******* pleases. Last straw he said 9 federal agents on the way to arrest husband, He doesn't know American History, I tried stay calm but he was abusive, I called the city and county police then the FBI,,,,,,,,,,,,, asked about a warrant. I was referred to the FTC. Thank goodness she told me I "thought" I knew. Took the information and gave me a reference number just in case he got a hold of my husband's boss. THIS GUY IS FULL OF BS!

I am going to report it again to our credit union. Think will call local news, seriously thinking about a lawsuit.
