On my cell phone, left a voice mail. Angry sounding woman demanding to hear from my attorney or me today or she would take action. She said to judge myself accordingly and call today or they would proceed with action. I blocked her number.
Says they are debt collectors for Advanced America Pay Day loan. Accused of violation of federal banking info, debt by deception and collateral electronic defaultment. Said I have those 3 counts against me in a trial and wanted my attorney information. Advised her that I have never gotten a payday loan in my life and I was not going to provide any information, and they can send any information to me directly, she said it has gone past that point and that I would have received any information via email. Called them scam artists and hung up the phone.
this women just called and said she wanted to speak to me or my attorney if i did get back with her by the end of the day she would file my law suit SCAM
I had blocked this number last week but some how they can still leave voicemails. Voicemail just stated to call back to speak with a mediator lol big time scam!!!
