Yep.  Left a message threatening legal action.  'We have obtained a case against you.....if you do not call back, you have waived your right to legal counsel," etc etc

Left message threatening legal action, call back and if you don't you waive your right to counsel, blah, blah.

I received the same phone call telling me my case was going to be turned over in my county in 72hrs. I asked what case , the rude lady then stated a pay day loan that i got. I told her ive never gotten a pay day , she told me good luck in court and hung up on me.

Its a straight scam!!!! I called my local court and asked them about this mess. They told me it was a scam
