After receiving a call on my voicemail from Katrina Hall, I called back to see what company was collecting the payday loan debt! She wanted me to get an attorney, and pay the debt. I put the phone on speakerphone, and a close friend who asked a question was told to "shut your mouth". I told her to send the charge to the appropriate judge in question.
Our state attorney has received several similar calls. In most cases, collection agencies will be civil.
recieved phone call at my mothers house saying i need to call this # back 765-201-4528. So I called back today and spoke with a Hailey Nickleberry and she said if i diodnt pay the pay day loan that they were taking me to court and suspending my licenes. and demaded a 250.00 payment to stop it from going to court
I have a pending case against me blah blah. Never says my name. When I answer she acts like an automated recording. Please press 1, then she plays some automated voice recording stating that everyone is busy. When it goes to voicemail she actually leaves a message like she is not an automated recording. Obviously they want you to call back so you give them your name. Otherwise they would never know who they are talking to. Huge scam, make up a fake name waste their time.
