This party calls my cell phone every afternoon at 2:00 or 3:00 PM. I understand they are a collectio agnecy and I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING LOANS. Stop this harrassment!!!!!!
My daughter has a payment plan she sends the money and they still call my phone everyday 4 to 5 times a day I am furious with this company if my daughter was not paying I can understand but that is not the friking case. leave people alone we do not have the money to pay off acct. stop calling!!!!!!!

They're harrassing me too. I make my payment as agreed upon without fail, yet they keep harrassing me, even at work. I insist they correct their records, yet they don't, and continue to harrass, makes you want to change your numbers, ridiculous!!!
This company continues to call my mother with Alzheimers and try to get her to pay my sister's bill. I informed them that I try to limit her dealing with stressful issues, they didn't care. I told them I had POA and to send me their address so I could send them a copy of the POA. I told him I would handle it after they received the POA. He still wanted to speak with my mother. I am not going to expose my mother to anything stressful if I can help it. I want them to stop calling.
