Who called from 7655544666

I keep getting these calls. I answered once but no one answered and they just hung up.

This number has been calling my phone all day.  I finally answered at7:30 this evening and asked not to be called again.  The caller just kept talking over me rambling on about a Federal grant.  These people are dangerous.

I have received 10 calls from this number today.  The two times I answered they hung up.

Scam, they call continually.

Me too.  I can't get them to stop.
