No called my phone, don't know it.  Called back and nothing.

2 back-to-back calls at 9pm. Rang  once each time and hung up. Didn't recognize the area code, so didn't answer... same as above. Adding the # to my spam list in my phone book so that has a silent ring.

2 calls again at 9pm but I already changed my cell phone to ring silent with this number from previous annoying calls late at night. No idea why they are calling me.
