Same weird thing with the back-to-back calls that didn't even allow long enough to answer. Called at about 10:30pm my local time. Called back and it said "welcome to city talk. for english, press 1". Some sort of chat line? Maybe this is a type of ad campaign? Calling twice and not giving long enough to answer to you'll be curious to call back? Either way very annoying.
