BEWARE!!!!!!!! Got a call from 770-255-7691 did not answer and let them leave a message. Claimed they were from a place called Pyramid consulting, Man on the phone could not even speak good English, very broken, said they had a job opening available, After he said that there was a long pause like he was reading cue cards or a piece of paper.... This is Obviously a SCAM BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Also beware if you post your Info on Career Builder they will take info off that site and call you about fake jobs to get your info.
I agree with many on this lengthy post. This is a legit placement firm and they had a real opportunity with Target Corp in Minneapolis. I had a nice phone interview with Target and hope that you all will settle down if you can't understand their English perfectly. Unless you are native american and speak your native tongue - you are an immigrant also...
This company is owned by a man named Dmitri Dercacenco. This is a scam artist who is prowling the internet and constantly trying to scam people and make their lives miserable. If you are a victim of internet or telephone threats you should report it to the local sheriff, FBI, or IC3. They won't do anything about it and they'll laugh as they read your comments. No one cares about your safety or security so quit complaining. You will never have any justice. Delete your FB profiles, stop using computers, and start sewing and take plenty of walks outside. There are thousands of "them" and many work for the same place you report things to, there is no sense of revenge or fairness in life anymore. The more you know the less, you know, the less you can do.
My call is similar to 13Nov09 Wendy. Caller left voice mail to send resume, no address to send to, or call him and he left a number. He asked for Chris. Several different calls have came for Chris from the same company but with different phone numbers all wanting the same thing. Just plain WEIRD!
Pyramid Consulting is a known recruiting/placement company in the US. It's not a scam--they have your resume, want to know if you want a job, have all sorts of opportunities, some good, some horrible, just like every other consulting company.
I've never worked for them, but know people who have--they're like most every other consulting gig. Relax, people, geez. I get emails/calls from them all the time because I have a lot of experience and high-level Java skills (they place other techs as well, like .NET, etc.)
