"I received a call from 770-284-3312 on January 16, 2014, and I was told it was the Auto Processing Center calling with a vehicle specialist who would be speaking with me. Before transferring the call to the specialist, the caller wanted to verify some information. I said I was not familiar with the Auto Processing Center and asked if they were a department of a business. The caller responded that he was calling from the Auto Processing Center and wanted to verify information. He then stated my name and started to say more when I interrupted to ask if this was a sales call. The caller said he was not a sales person but that the vehicle specialist may offer a warrantee (or something like that). I asked to be placed on their do not call list. The caller did not acknowledge my request and hung up on me."
