I answered this number thinking it was one of my customers. After a brief period of silence a man with a Hindu accent asked for me by Name, I asked who was Calling, In very bad english he tried to identify himself as an investigator for the IRS.I immediately Stopped him with several abusive verbal suggestions and ended the call.  I Googled the number and found that if a +91 prefix was added the call originated in India.
