Got a Robo call from this number. Said it was card services and I needed to call them back about lowering my interest-rate. Decided to speak to someone just for fun. Ended up getting a guy that claimed he was from Experian.  He said that they were affiliated with a lot of different banks and could lower my interest rate on all of my credit cards. When I asked him how on earth they could do something like that he said that they werent trying to sell me anything and just to say yes if I wanted my interest rate lowered.  When I pointed out to him that the number he was calling you from was in no way associated with experian he promptly hung up on me.
