I received a message from a Natasha Holmes from what she said was the mitigation department. I called back and spoke to a Michelle Stewart who said I was facing felony charges for a payday loan through a company Payday plus, the amount to go to court was 2800 and the company she her law firm was representing was Finn and Finn associates Atlanta Ga. She informed me that we could settle out of court for 510. This had to be done the same day because there were going to be warrants issued for me if not. She gave me a physical address of 3379 Peachtree Rd Atlant Ga 30329. I could make the payment thru United Financial. When I called United Financial I spoke to a Brandy Beyers and a woman named Ashley. I asked where they are located and they said Florida but they were not allowed to give me the physical address. I have called back many times and spoke to a Diana Sue, John Roberts. The number they have listed for United Financial is 877-774-0026. These guys are frauds!!! I have already filed a police report.

I got a couple calls from this number from Natasha Holmes from Finn Finn Associates. She said she's representing a case involving my name and SSN and I was advised to call back immediately.

It's a scam. Dont let them hassle you!!

I received a call today from a Michelle 770-648-5573 ext 321 stating that she was from Finn Fin and associates 3379 Peachtree Road Atlanta GA  fraud division stating that she has a case involving my name and SSN and that it was regarding pay day plus loan and that I will prosecuted on felony charges if I did not pay $2,823.00 she provided a docket#, but said that they would settle for  $610.00 to prevent legal action.  I contacted the courts the dkt# is not valid I am going to make a police report
