I did a reverse lookup since this number called my cell and it is local to me and it would only show me a point on a local map in Lilburn, Ga outside of Atlanta. Once I did that I was able to google debt collectors in Lilburn and it showed one in the exact same spot on the map called H & A Credit technically listed as a Stone Mountain address. The number they give to call their office is 770 413-4961 and their website is gacollectiongroup.com.
