This number has been calling me for a while...I work overnights so I sleep most of the day. Even though I don't recognise the number it calls me 6 times in a row...So I answer. He is looking for a Stephen..I inform him he has the wrong number. He says to me " mam I have been calling this number for over a month! And your telling me now that I have the wrong number!!" ( Lost his mind!!) I told him that I work overnights and I never answer the phone. But thank you for calling and giving me s***" ... better yet next time listen to the names that are on the recorded message if they're not of the name of the person you're looking for you might not want to keep calling the same number over... and over ...and over again looking for a Stephen!!
Jeremiah called to say we haven't paid on our magazine subscription with PCH since 2015, and that we owed $1000- something. If we paid today, and today only, we'd only have to pay $334 to cancel and be done with them. I asked about verification, which he couldn't provide. So I got off the phone with him and called Publisher's Clearing House who had no record of us ever having an account with them. I filed a scam complaint.
This punk, Jeremiah, deserves castration. Every post before mine is absolutely spot on, as I know very well after having been called by Jeremiah. He uses the same script...owes $1000+ but he can relive us of this by paying $300+ right now--guaranteed no debt collector will then get involved. This punk really angers me after having read above about him harassing a poor terminally ill Mom. I know this punk made my heart sink when he told me I had no other options but to pay. Please, no one take this punk seriously. One more thing, he told me my credit card no longer worked so he wanted my new card number--the nerve of this punk. The day I cancelled the last card (reported it stolen) this punk had the nerve to steal 2 more quick payments via that card immediately following the phone call and before my next call to report the card stolen. My credit card company paid me for the scammed money. Bottom-feeding leeches like Jeremiah deserve the worst life has to offer. We must warn our family and friends so they do not fall victim to this horrible, manipulative scam. "Hell" will welcome Jeremiah upon his death; don't keep "Hell" waiting, Jeremiah.
This number called me 23 times in a row and I kept rejecting the call. It was one after another and eventually I had a second to block it between calld.
