This company hung up on me twice when I asked them for their physical address so must be a scam. They accused me of not paying off a payday loan I have paid off already. They didn't want to hear what I had to say and just continued to hang up on me. They finally gave me their fax number so I could send them paid in full paperwork and I couldn't even get a fax to go through. Report them to the FTC, BBB, and your Attorney General. I get weekly calls from companies like this for some reason, and they are never legit and go to ridiculous means to try and get money out of you and their methods are always illegal so they need to be turned in and dealt with.
I got a call yesterday and a message was left by a recorder stating this is a message for " your name here " this is reguarding a balance transfer and to return he call its a time sensative matter, don't have any idea what this is
Received same call recording..this is a message for, balance transfer. Has scam written all ovet it.
Reported to FTC, Attorney General, Local Sheriffs Dept and Local Police Department. Saved recording as well. When you call the number back, it states wait to be connected, then someone picks up the phone and answers investigations. No name left on recording. #'s blocked.
I received the same vm message but for a family member, stating I was listed as a person of interest in regards to a balance transfer. Not going to be calling them back since it looks like some sort of scam..
