lol i told him that i wouldn't feel right getting free money..And to give me his banking info and once its in his account he can send me half..I told him he sounded trust worthy and god told me to share with him...He hung up...lol probably wont call back
I've received calls from this number on numerous occasions saying I qualify for some kind of grant, even after telling them to delete my number because I knew it was some sort of scam. My cell shows the location of the call to be originate from somewhere in Georgia but when I asked the caller, who barely spoke English, where he was located he said Washington DC. And just now I received a call from them asking for a different person.
I got a call today from this number. The man called himself Marco and had a very thick accent (indian?). I had a hard time understanding him and asked him for information so I could verify it. He kept repeating the same thing again and when I told hin I couldn't understand him he hung up! Definitely raised my suspiscions. Glad I trusted my gut instincts! Be wary people they sound very legit but do NOT give away info to those who contact you first!
Called this number and got a phone company message saying the number had been changed and the new number is "unknown." Uh huh. They're hiding behind a blocked number, but broadcasting this one. Scammers.
I get AT LEAST 4 calls daily from this number..it is SO frustrating. I never answer it thinking they would eventually give up..but they haven't yet..has been going on for about a month now. I want them to stop already!
