Rawlins & Rivers, Inc. 1511 Kastner Place Sanford, FL 32771 1-888-435-5983 does (once after today) our collections. I have had several people call me and tell me they were rude, made threats and also made several racial remarks. I have spoken to a Mr. Graham among others. Several times the few accounts that RRI did collect on they kept the funds, until you call and say I heard that you collected funds from "Jane Doe" when will I receive it. I am also calling the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Miss Patricia Johnson called and told me that she would only speak to the owner of the company but couldn't give me my boss' name so I was immediately suspicious. I googled Rollins and Rivers and this is what I found...unbelievable
Kind of in a different situation than the people above, but we are a company that got scammed into hiring these people to collect outstanding debts. They are extremely rude, threatening & evasive. BEWARE! We have since tried to cancel services with them for the past year now, but no response or action has been taken. They have since been turned over to the BBB, and we contacted our Attorney General.
IGNORE THEM AND BEWARE OF THEIR SCARE TACTICS!

We hired these A-holes as we are a bail bond company and the solicited us daily. Finaly we hired them, Our delinquent accounts were called by them and treated as bad as you say they did. I will not stand for that. Owing us money is one thing but the out right verbal abuse is uncalled for.
In fact now that they have our accounts they treat us like crap too and are very rude. The even stiffed us, the collected $5,950.00 should have given us 65% AND ONLY GAVE US 35% $1,220.00.
I am calling all my clients and appoligizing for the way RRI acted and giving the accounts to a more decent agency.
Tom Graham is a flunky for them and most likley not his real name.
I am also a bondsman who fell for this scam. I cancelled b/c they collected money and did not pay me and were extremely rude to my customers. They have now sent me a bill for 22K for there collection fees. Go figure. I too have sent a complain in on the FTC website and will make sure everyone I know will know how much of a scam they are running. Let's hope they are put out of business. If anyone is planning a lawsuit please include me. I am 100% for it.
