I am the CFO of a fitness company. Tom Graham called and left me a message to call him, same self important type of message you all got, but of course did not ever say what the call was about.  I *67'd on my call back and asked the person who answered what kind of firm it was and was repeatedly asked who I was calling for.  I did not say as i wanted to know what they did.  Then she got extraordinarily beligerent and said this will go a whole lot better if you just say who you are calling for and from there...downhill.  So I hung up.  Called back on my office phone no block, she refused to tell me what they do, would not admit that RRI is Rawlins & Rivera.  I asked if it's the same firm in the FTC action, well that got her going through the roof.  Refused to say what the did, said she was only the operator, not customer service.  I asked to be transferred to customer service and she said LOUDLY & snotty ,have a nice day and hung up on me.  Clearly these folks learned nothing from the FTC experience and are still out there being complete A-holes.

I received a call from RRI stating they are a law firm and would be able to withhold tax returns from my clients to get paid.  I should of known it was to good to be true.  When I contacted them in April to see where our check was they stated they only pay every quarter so I had to wait till July.  Then july came and they said they mailed the check.  Well it is August 21st and still no check.  I call Tom who is never in and never returns my calls.  I was told to file case with the American Collectors Association.  I am also looking for an attorney to file lawsuit.  Please e-mail with anything else I should do to this company.

Hi and thank all of you for your info. I got a voicemail from "Patricia Johnson of Rollings and Rivera" and decided to look up the "firm" online before I called back so that I would maybe know what kind of attorney to look for if need be. Anyway, there were no listings for such a firm in my area and google didn't have much for "Rollings and Rivera Firm in Virginia" either. My first clue was the blocked number, my second was the 888 callback number, my third was no listing for such a firm and last but definitely not least, this website. Thanks so much for not letting this dummy F* with me!

Mark Ellis called saying he is from rollins and rivera, wanted an immediate call back.  I googled him and them and found this site.  Obviously a scam.  Thanks for the heads up.
