This number called five times in a row, every few minutes. I got disgusted and called them back. Guy who answered had heavy Indian/Pakistani accent, and said it was about a personal loan, and did I need one. I said no, and that if he called me back again, I'd be reporting his [***] to the authorities. He hung up quickly.
called and left a computer voice message, saying to return the call. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, and these type of calls need to stop. They are annoying and illegal, since I am on the DNC registry.
