multiple calls with no response when answered

I got a call but no message was left.  I called the number and got a message greeting that said they were a political polling company.  It gave the name but I couldn't make it out. It also said that if you want to be removed from their calling list, to leave a message.

Don't know who this is. Caller ID comes up "UNAVAILABLE. "
